Libby is the daughter of Hunter (Am/Cdn Ch. Merrymoon Firestorm) and Alice (Am. Ch. Mariel Reeses Alice Springs). This litter produced several very nice group placing progeny including Chase (Am/Cdn C-Myste Baledwr Pursuit of Happiness), Pilot (Am GCh. C-Myste Baledwr Free to Disagree) and Libby herself who took a group placing in Woodstock at 9 months of age. Their parents won Best Stud Dog, and Best Brood Bitch at the 2009 American National Specialty with these puppies and Dolly as progeny., and Alice was first Award of Merit.
As well in this pedigree are multiple Specialty and Best in Show winners in Canada and the United States, including her Grandsire Eli (Am/Cdn Ch. Reese’s Bold as Brass), his mother Maya (Am. Ch. Wolfrun Coedwig Angelou), and Great Grandmother and Great Grandfather Gloria (Am. Ch. Phi-Vestavia Good Gracious ROMS) and Dillon (Am/Cdn Ch. Pirates Patch).
I met Rocky, and several of his progeny at the CWCCA national specialty in Houston this year, and decided that he was the boy that was the suitable mate for Libby. His puppies are showing a lot of class and pretty heads, and as well he has the brains and working drive to produce puppies that will be versatile in many venues, as well as pretty!
