Chip was a singleton puppy and as such developed an “I am the World” attitude. He loved to show and did very well in the year that he was campaigned.
Chip’s first show he was entered at the “pointmaker”. However, Chris took him into the ring and beat me and the rest of the competition taking Best of Winners all three days.
Then at Credit Valley, the last show of 2007, he went BOW at the Ontario Cardigan Fanciers Booster to complete his Canadian championship
His first show as a special he won the herding group handled by Tom Curley as well as Best Puppy in Group.
He is pictured above as a first round selection in the prestigious Megan event at the 2008 CWCCA National Specialty, and placing second in the Open Dog Class.
Chip is pictured above winning a group 3rd under J.R. Glendinning at the Hamilton Kennel Club, handled by Colin Brownlee.
Chip finished the year as #1 Cardigan in Canada, and is now pursuing his U.S. title.
