Dragoon winning Best of Opposite Sex at the 2010 Canadian National Specialty at 18 months

Up here I will have a litter out of Libby (Ch. C-Myste Baledwr Yasashiikuma Liberty).

Libby winning 2nd place in the 12-18 month bitch class at the 2009 CWCCA National Specialty handled by her breeder Carolyn Cannon

Libby is the daughter of Hunter and Alice (Am. Ch. Mariel Reeses Alice Springs).   This litter produced several very nice group placing progeny including Chase (Am/Cdn C-Myste Baledwr Pursuit of Happiness), Pilot (Am Ch. C-Myste Baledwr Free to Disagree) and Libby herself who took a group placing in Woodstock at 9 months of age.  Their parents won Best Stud Dog, and Best Brood Bitch at the 2009 American National Specialty with these puppies and Dolly as progeny., and Alice was first Award of Merit.

Reservations are now being accepted for this litter, expected early October 2010.

Cdn. Ch. Yasashiikuma Impeial Jade

Jade is the mother of Dragoon – a young dog turning a lot of heads! While I had intended to repeat the breeding to Powell which produced him, fate had other ideas. In looking for a suitable male who could fit with her, I chose to go back to Admiral – a striking dog that impressed me beyond words when I first saw him in 2000 up here in Canada. He is a Best in Show and Best in Specialty winner in both Canada and the U.S., and was the sire of the Ice litter several years ago. I hope that this breeding will be as successful as the last, as this is the last of the frozen semen from this great dog.
